Christmas Open House at Bobbi's Bungalow

​Last month I hosted my first Christmas Open House at the bungalow, and it was a great hit! OK, so I only had about twenty people, but they loved it. We had great conversation and good cookies, coffee and hot chocolate.  

So instead of me telling you all about the open house, I asked Tami Wenger to share it from her perspective. So here is my guest blogger, Tami -

"I recently attended the Christmas Open House at Bobbi’s Bungalow rental house in West Liberty, Ohio. Part of its charm is the 1920’s décor and it has a very homey and comfortable feel to it. It is within walking distance of town activities, awesome shops and restaurants; and is close to West Liberty’s tourist attractions.

Everything is very clean and Roberta is a wonderful person and from the reviews makes everyone who stays there feel right at home. If I had a speaking engagement in West Liberty it would be the place I would choose to call my home away from home while I was in town. I was hoping to win the drawing for a free nights stay at the open house so I could have a writer’s getaway even if I live ten minutes away! West Liberty is a wonderful place and has a lot to offer for those looking to visit and Bobbi’s Bungalow would be a great place to stay.

A peek into the dining room.

So about the free nights stays at the open house, I offered those who attended a chance to win a gift certificate AND if they posted pictures of the bungalow on social media, I entered their name in again for the drawing. I gave away TWO gift certificates. The winners were Peggy Yoder and Nancy Bitikofer. The best part for me was to deliver the gift certificates to these ladies. They were so pleased! That is what I love best about the bungalow - making people happy. ​​​​
